Sonesta Select Philadelphia Airport

The room was nice and modern. The lobby area was very nice, fireplace, furnishings were all top notch. The front desk, staff, the housekeeping, staff, and the shuttle bus drivers were all helpful and kind.

This was my first time at the Sonesta Select Hotel. In fact, the hotel's name was all new to me. Guided by the reviews on booking.com, the great photos of the property and of course the price, I was happy to make an online reservation. I am so pleased I selected this hotel. The property was clean and inviting. The room decor was simple elegant with modern furnishing and amenities such as an ironing board and a good working iron. The staff was excellent. Two thumbs up for the front desk team. I arrived on property approximately 2 hours before check in time and a vacant room was quickly identified and I was allowed to access same early at no extra charge. The hotel's Airport Shuttle was a big plus. As it was my first time in Philadelphia, moreso as a transit passenger, I was more than happy to be picked up promptly by way of a simple call to alert the hotel of my arrival. The Shuttle Driver was very professional and knowledgeable and by way of his quick online intervention on check-out morning, I was able to confirm the correct departure terminal. I was only looking for an affordable place to crash for the night until my next flight but I got a whole lot more..an excellent room at a great price and A-grade hospitality (which included room deliveries). The only missing peice from this fabulous experience was breakfast. You guys should consider adding Continental Breakfast to the package and open the Resturant earlier in the afternoon. Since check-in time is 4:00pm and guests may arrive early and hungry, like myself, the restaurant would be the ideal place to pass the time if room is not ready. The facility is very beautiful and located right near the airport of Philadelphia. I was so thankful for the friendly staff who granted me an early check in and were more than accommodating to my first time visit there. Getting and Uber to and from the city was a breeze and the quality and space of the room is unbeatable. A plus side - the beds are so comfy! I slept like a baby. Will definitely book again in the future!

The room was very comfortable and clean. We were given a nice corner room which was perfect because it was nice and quiet for our baby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby was beautiful. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who checked me in because he was amazing!

Clean, great service in bar/restaurant!! Super easy access to car rentals, restaurant 3 minutes walk and WAWA❣️
